Cancellation and refund policy
This policy applies to bookings made through this website with Noma Living Concierge Ltd (the "Company").
Cancellation by the guest
- More than [X] days before arrival: full refund less a non-refundable fee of £[amount].

Cancellation rights for distance contracts
If you book at a distance (online), you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless the stay has already started or the booking falls under an exception. Please check this with a solicitor before publishing.
Cancellation by the Company
In exceptional circumstances (for example, an uninhabitable property), the Company may cancel a booking and will refund all sums paid in full.
Terms and conditions
1. Parties
These terms govern the booking of short-stay accommodation through Noma Living Concierge Ltd, company number 17523207, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, England and Wales.
2. Booking
A request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking. The Company confirms availability and the total price, in pounds sterling, within 12 hours. The booking is confirmed once the guest accepts the quote and pays the required deposit or balance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and may exclude VAT and local tourist or occupancy taxes, which are listed separately in the quote. Payment terms are set out in the booking confirmation.
4. Stay rules
- Maximum occupancy must be respected.
- Parties and events are not permitted unless agreed in writing.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
5. Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
Noma Living Concierge Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We process data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect
- Booking requests: name, email, phone, number of guests, dates, and messages.
- Booking and payment records, needed to manage your stay.
- Technical data, such as IP address and browser type, through cookies (see below).
Why we use it
To respond to your requests, manage your bookings, meet legal and accounting obligations, and, where you agree, to send you offers.
How long we keep it
